Musselburgh train station also provides excellent transport links, and a train to Drem (the nearest station to Muirfield) takes just over fifteen minutes, with ticket packages available which combine this with a bus link from the station to the golf club.

Musselburgh is the largest settlement in East Lothian, and sits on the coast with a small harbour and fantastics views of the Firth of Forth.
